Monday Motivation

During my time as a writer I’ve sold one book at a book signing and I’ve sold cases at a book signing.

I appreciated both of those situations. Selling one book taught me a lot. I knew what I needed to do in order to sell more next time. (Engage, smile, sell yourself)

The two biggest things I’ve learned by doing book signings is that the person is buying you just as much as the book and too keep going.

If a person doesn’t buy your book then you smile and thank them for stopping to speak with you.

Anybody that reads this I just want you to keep going. Whatever your goals are keep going after them no matter what.

I told myself I would find a agent and then I told myself they would be able to sell my book.

Neither one of them would’ve happened if I had given up.
